Ever feel like somebody’s watching you? We return to Cannes 2006 to visit Andrea Arnold’s debut feature, the CCTV featuring RED ROAD, and the wonderfully named Florian Henckle von Donnersmarck’s debut, the divided Germany spy drama THE LIVES OF OTHERS. We are joined by the great C. HOWSON-JAN to get into the timing of character reveals, the look of listening in isolation, and the laughs of it all.
